2026 Haymount Holiday Market and Tree Lighting Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the 2026 Haymount Holiday Market and Tree Lighting! We invite you to join us on Saturday, November 21st, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at 2000 Ft Bragg Rd in Fayetteville, NC. This festive event will feature a variety of local vendors and a magical tree lighting ceremony with musical performances beginning at 6:30 PM. Secure your spot at this wonderful community celebration! The early bird price for a 10' x 10' booth is $65 and is available until September 10th, 2026. After this date, the price will be $95.

Vendor Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for vendors participating in the Haymount Holiday Market and Tree Lighting on November 21, 2026.

Vendor Responsibilities & Event Logistics

Vendors are responsible for providing all of their own equipment, including tents, tables, and chairs. You must arrive and complete your setup between 1:30 PM and 3:30 PM on the day of the event. Please note that no electricity or water is available at the venue. Generators are generally prohibited, with the exception of food trucks that have received prior approval and adhere to specific safety guidelines. Upon arrival, all vendors must check in with an event representative. You will be assigned a specific booth location and must adhere to the vendor map, which will be distributed approximately 5 days prior to the event. Driving outside of designated areas is not permitted. You must transport your equipment to your assigned spot from the designated unloading area.

Event Changes & Cancellations

LWood Media Group reserves the right to postpone, shorten, or relocate the event due to inclement weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of such a change, vendors are responsible for attending the rescheduled event at the new location. No refunds will be issued if you are unable to participate due to these changes. If you are unable to attend the event for any reason, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to do so will result in a $25 no-show fee. Please note that all payments are non-refundable, and booth sharing is strictly prohibited.

Event Breakdown & Clean-Up

The market concludes at 8:00 PM. All vendors must vacate the premises by 9:00 PM, leaving their assigned space clean and free of trash or damage. A minimum $25 fee will be charged for any space that requires cleaning. An LWood Media Group representative will be available to sign off on your space before you depart to ensure it is in satisfactory condition.
